I can’t wait to go back to Japan! It’s such an incredible place and don’t worry, walking 20k steps a day will be such a joy :) There’s so much to do and enjoy that you won’t even notice! Have an amazing time!
Great videos, I've subbed on YT. And your favourite quote is certainly a winner. Off the back of that excerpt alone, I'm interested in picking up the book myself!
...jet lag tip...stay up the whole plane ride and when you land act as though the day is whatever time it is...even if it is just an act do this until your "normal" day's conclusion and when you awake the next day at typical AM time your body will be slightly groggy but adjusted...lots of water (maybe a little cognac) before bed is useful too...been to istanbul, korea, yerevan, moldova, islamabad and this process pretty much worked every time (it is a bit harder to perfect on the return to stateside though, not sure why)...thanks for sharing that mosaic house what a beauty...good luck with the YT channel!...
I just subscribed to your YouTube – I'm excited to see your videos!
I hope you have an amazing time on your honeymoon! I had 6 weeks in the UK and Europe for my honeymoon and the best thing I did was wear super comfortable walking shoes. As for jetlag, I just tried to adjust to the local time straight away, though I do remember going to bed pretty early on the first couple of nights so I could try to catch up a little.
